Description: A script that tests the surfer's screen size,
and if it's not a certain size (ie: 800*600), suggests to the surfer
to change resolution. Note: If you're screen resolution is 800*600,
you will see nagging message appear below, since the resolution
set to detect in the script is currently 800*600.
